Oral history interview with John Swenehart [sound recording], 1950.

Recorded interview with Swenehart, Forest County agricultural agent employed by the University of Wisconsin Extension. He discusses the lobbying for World War I surplus explosives from the Federal government by Wisconsin, and how they were demonstrated and distributed to Wisconsin famers in 1919. Swenehart also discusses how motion pictures were produced and shown to farmers to educate them about land clearing from 1916 to 1928.
